Back to work, safely and for good.
IVARA is a SIRA-approved workplace rehabilitation provider. Our qualified consultants bring the worker, employer, doctor and insurer onto one plan, so recovery happens at work wherever possible, and in new work when it can’t.

Most people recover best at work. We make that possible, and make it last.
Time away from work after an injury tends to make the return harder. Staying connected to suitable duties, routine and colleagues is one of the strongest supports for recovery.
We help employers find duties that fit medical advice, help workers build capacity with confidence, and keep insurers informed with clear, timely reporting. When the pre-injury job isn’t an option, we help the worker find a new one.
Two pathways back to work
We are approved by SIRA for both classes of workplace rehabilitation service in the NSW workers compensation scheme.
