Same employer first, always
The most direct path back to work is usually the best one. We explore every option with the pre-injury employer before shifting the goal elsewhere.
That might mean the same job with modified hours, a similar role, or different duties at another site. Only when those options are exhausted, and everyone agrees, do we move to finding work with a new employer.

Return to work goals we work towards
Same employer, same job
Back to the pre-injury role, often through graded hours and temporary modifications.
Same employer, similar job
A role with comparable skills and conditions that fits the worker’s current capacity.
Same employer, different job
New duties or a different position within the business, including other sites or locations.
New employer, same or similar job
Using the worker’s existing skills and experience with a new employer.
New employer, different job
A new direction, supported by vocational assessment and retraining where needed.
